  1. The promoter and who we are
    1. CleeW is a trading arm of East Coast Cruising CiC (Which may be referred to in future as ECC). A community interest company in England (company number 14259013). CleeW is the promoter of the prize draw which means we are responsible for making sure it runs fairly.

    1. These terms and conditions let you know how we operate each draw and the rules of entry.
    2. You should always read the terms and conditions to make sure you understand before entering any prize draw.
    3. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time so you should check this page each time you enter a prize draw.

  3. General Terms and Conditions
    1. The CleeW Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK who are 18 years of age or older.
    2. By entering the CleeW Prize Draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
      1. You are at least 18 years of age.
      2. You have legal capacity to enter a draw.
      3. You are complying with the legal requirements in your country of residence with regard to entering this prize draw and are lawfully able to enter.
      4. You accept the terms and conditions as detailed here on the website.
    3. We may ask for proof of age, residence or your eligibility to enter. If these cannot be provided or meet reasonable requirements your entry may be void or a prize being forfeited.
    4. The following persons are not eligible to enter
      1. Our Staff and Admin team.
      2. Employees or staff involved in the draws.
      3. Immediate family of the employees or staff.
    5. Entries will become void under the following circumstances.
      1. Postal entries are not legible and cannot be understood.
      2. Postal entries are not received in time for the draw (this is stipulated under each draw).
      3. The entries do not comply with the terms and conditions.
      4. The entrant does not meet the terms and conditions (I.e. Age, legal capacity).
    6. It is the decision of East Coast Cruising and CleeW as whether an entrant or entry is eligible for the draw and all decisions are final. We are not obliged to provide any reasons for a void entry.
  4. Legal Information (IMPORTANT; PLEASE READ AND THOROUGHLY UNDERSTAND)
    1. Entry is nonrefundable.
    2. We accept no responsibility for liability to you for reasons outside of our control to include (and not limited to) technical failures, malfunctions, internet accessibility, web congestion, acts or omissions of any service providers, unauthorised intervention, computer virus, tampering, fraud or any other reason which affects the running integrity, fairness or administration of the draw in any way and no compensation or damages will be payable to you.
    3. We may vary the terms and conditions or terminate, cancel, delay or suspend a draw at any time in our sole discretion if we feel that it is reasonable to do so. If we terminate, cancel, delay or suspend we shall not be liable to any individual and no compensation will be offered.
    4. We reserve the right in our discretion to suspend, terminate or cancel any draw in exceptional circumstances and to disqualify any person from that draw and from future draws who has directly or indirectly caused or who causes the draw to be terminated, cancelled, delayed or suspended.
    5. Our decision in relation to any draw, promotion or competition is final.
    6. We give no warranty or guarantee as to the quality, sustainability and/or fitness for any prize. Prizes are offered as seen. Vehicles are checked to the best possible standard and given a standard 12 month MOT. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all conditions, warranties and representations expressed of limited by law are hereby expressly included.
    7. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ECC and CleeW will not have any liability to you or any winner in connection with or arising from any draw howsoever caused, including costs, expenses, damages and any other liabilities, if nothing in this clause shall limit liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence.
    8. Our total maximum aggregate liability to each winner shall be limited to the total value of any one prize.
    9. Our total maximum aggregate liability to each non-winner shall be limited to the total value of any one entry paid into the draw.
    10. Except for any legal responsibilities that we cannot exclude in law (such as for death or personal injury) or arising under applicable laws relating to the protection of your personal information, we are not legally responsible for any
      1. Losses that were not foreseeable to you and us when these terms were formed.
      2. Losses that were not caused by any breach on our part.
      3. Business losses, and.
      4. Losses to non-consumers.
    11. Nothing in these terms shall affect your statutory rights.
    12. If any provision or part-provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted. But that shall not affect the validity of the rest of the terms.

These terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the court in the country where you reside within great Britain shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection to these terms and conditions.
  5. How to enter
    1. Raffle tickets.
      1. purchased through ECC or trusted providers for £10 each.
    2. Free entry route.
      1. To enter by post send a post card or letter with your full name, Date of birth, Home address, Email address, One contact number, The words ‘Entry to CleeW Prize Draw’, to address.
        1. CleeW Prize Draw Entry, Unit 1A, Humberston Business Park, Wilton Road, Dn364BJ.
      2. One entry per person per household.
      3. Postal entries must be received the week before the closing date specified for each draw in order for the entry to be processed into the draw. Entries received after this will be void.
    3. It is the responsibility of the entrant to keep their raffle tickets safe for each entry.
    4. We reserve the right to refuse or disqualify any entry if we have grounds to believe that have acted against these terms and conditions.
    5. If entering through the postal route we will allocate this entry accordingly into the draw.
    6. When entering by post we will email you to deem your entry has been valid and entered the prize draw.
    7. We do not accept responsibility for any lost, misdirected or late entries.
    8. There will only be one draw operating at each time for each prize draw.
    9. The prize for each draw will be displayed on the tickets.
    10. There will only be one winner for each draw.
  6. The Draw
    1. Raffle ticket Stubbs will be entered into a tombola spinner. The tombola spinner will be shown to have the assortment of numbers inside and will be spun for 20 seconds before a number being selected for the winner. The draw will be performed Live on Facebook.
    2. There will be one winner per draw unless otherwise stated in that specific draw.
    3. Each draw will be performed live on Facebook.
    4. The winner(s) will be given notification as soon as possible. ECC will attempt contact via the contact number given on the ticket stubs. Second to this we will attempt contact.
      1. It is the responsibility of the entrant to make sure these details are correct.
      2. It is the responsibility of the entrant to check the email has not entered into their junk.
      3. ECC and CleeW will not be responsible or liable if you have entered inaccurate information or failed to contact ECC/CleeW in response to one of our emails/calls within 5 days from the date of our email/call.
    5. If we are unable to contact a winner within 2 weeks (14 days) from the draw taking place, or the winner fails to respond to us then the winner will forfeit the prize, and the draw will be redrawn in conjunction with clause 6.1 and 6.2.
    6. The winner will provide two forms of valid identification (one of which must be a photo ID) prior to receiving their prize.
    7. Following successful verification of the winner we will make contact to arrange the delivery of your prize.
    8. The winner will be responsible for all tax and other such charges which could apply as a result of receiving a prize and should seek independent financial advice. ECC and CleeW shall have no such responsibility or liability to you or any tax authority in this regard.
    9. Prizes may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the supplier or other organisations to this promotion.
  7. Personal Information
    1. The personal information you provide to ECC and CleeW will be used by us and third parties who assist with the operating and administration of prize draws. We will only ever use your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.
    2. You should read our privacy policy carefully prior to entering into our prize draw so that you understand how we use your personal information and you deem this acceptable.
    3. By entering a prize draw you agree to consent that we can publish your surname, county, occupation, character, appearance and likeness without any consideration or payment to you.
  8. Variation
    1. We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions from time to time. Our updated terms and conditions will be added to the CleeW website. Please refer to these regularly to see if any changes have happened. By purchasing tickets, you agree to the knowledge that these have been checked regularly for any changes.
  9. Intellectual property
    1. You will retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in your entry, but you agree to grant us a license to use it for any purpose connected to this promotion.
    2. The license will last for the duration of the relevant intellectual property right and includes the right for us to:
      1. Edit or modify your entry.
      2. Adapt it or incorporate it into other materials.
      3. Sub-license it third parties or companies in our group to use for the purposes described in these terms.
      4. Republish it (or any version modified in the way described above).
    3. There is no entitlement to any fees for granting the license and you are not entitled to terminate it unless we agree in writing.
    4. You confirm that your entry.
      1. Is your own original work and does not breach any third parties intellectual property rights (for example, by including a companies trade mark without permission).
      2. Is not defamatory, offensive, threatening, discriminatory, distasteful, pornographic or illegal.
      3. Can be submitted to ECC and used without breaching any contractual obligation to any person or organisation.
      4. Does not contain anything which may be confidential or commercially sensitive.
    5. If your entry contains photographs or videos of other individuals, you must make sure you inform them of the intended use of the material for the purposes of this promotion and obtain their consent.
  10. Disputes

    2. If a dispute cannot be resolved or you are unhappy with the outcome, you may want to use alternative dispute resolution (ADR). ADR is a process for resolving disputes between you and us that does not involve going to court.
    3. If you do not wish to use ADR or are unhappy with the outcome of ADR, you can still bring court proceedings.
